React, Next.js, or Astro? How do you decide?
There is no universally better framework. Astro often makes sense when content, speed, and SEO are priorities. Next.js is a better fit when the frontend behaves like an application with authentication, dynamic data, or complex interactivity. React can be used as the foundation for interactive interfaces when the product needs reusable components without requiring the full architecture of a Next.js application. The decision depends on the product, not on technology trends.
